Does not accommodate handicap persons. Cashier today at 1245 pm said “ I do not care”. The manger is usually nice. Her co worker has no customer service skills. Good food but probably worth the drive to the calabasas store. I keep watching theses stores close. It’s no wonder. Every location has different customer service standards.

I love this place. I have never been to this location. I usually go to the one in Ventura. I got the Baja Chicken burrito Enchildo style. It took forever to get the food. I noticed several people waiting awhile. Many of my chips were black from being toasted too long. There was hardly any filling in my burrito. It was mainly a rubbery tortilla with a little chicken and guacamole. Very, very little cheese. Really not impressed. If it was my first time here I would not go back.
