I haven’t seen a Baja Fresh this clean and inviting since the 1990s! Am hopeful this will mark a resurgence of the brand (since most of their restaurants in my area have closed down). The food was just as good as I remembered it, with a fantastic salsa bar and friendly employees.

I’ve been coming here for 16 years. In my opinion, it’s better than other chain Mexican restaurants. They’re always consistent with their food quality and taste. I’ve never had a bad experience in this location. Very nice staff anf clean facilities… there’s a gentleman whose been there for 16 years+…

This restaurant has the worst app and customer service. They send a promo then you use the app and it won’t honor the promo. Then you get to the store and they try to bait you into ordering extra food you don’t need to get the online offer that didn’t work with the app. Class action suit false advertising let me know I’m in. The manager did nothing to help as well. No wonder the chain is going down hill.

So tired of going here and order the simplest thing, steak nachos. No special request, just steak nachos. Instead I got chicken nachos and old melted cheese. I was so mad i was gonna go back but what’s the point. Don’t want a new plate of food with possible spit. I paid 15 bucks to throw food into the trash. We won’t be going back.

It had been a while since we’ve been to Baja. Excited for a chicken burrito only it was a major disappointment. Cold old 3 cubes chicken no onion or cilantro filled with flavorless rice. Very sad this has happened. My wife had bland chicken tacos old tortilla and no cheese.. Will never return.

So ordered food delivery from here through their website. The pico de gallo was rotten. I poured it all over my burrito before I realized it had a bad smell and was carbonated. I understand raw onion from restaurants is a big source of food poisoning. I called the restaurant and they said that they would make a new burrito and I could come pick it up. I wouldn’t have paid to have it delivered to begin with if I had wanted to go pick it up. They refused to deliver because they had “nothing to do” with the “third party” delivery service. I didn’t order from a 3rd party, I ordered directly from the website. My husband also put the rotten salsa on his burrito. When I explained what had happened, the manager just said, “well what do you want me to do about it?” There was no apology or regret for the fact that they might have just given us food poisoning. They also messed up my burrito order.

The salsa bar is completely empty – no salsa, no cups. The manager says, “We’re pretty busy”. No apology, no promise to take care of it as soon as possible. They were not terribly busy. I come here all the time. The manager tonight is a young guy, in his 20’s or early 30’s, tall, with black hair and glasses. It seems like he would be more suited working behind a computer in a quiet office somewhere. He was not managing things well tonight, at all.
