Visited for the first time today on my lunch break, I was greeted right away by the cashier and cook! Very friendly customer service and made my order fresh and hot!! Loved my first time experience here, and the food was great. I ordered a Shrimp Bowl with everything, very delicious and filling.

First time trying this new location, I was the second customer in line and waited for someone to acknowledge us. There was one person on the grill, she saw us and called for help, then 5 people came out from the back. The register person greeted us promptly and apologized for the wait. When taking my order, she had some trouble ringing it up but then I let her know and she corrected it. I ordered steak fajitas, chicken fajitas, 2 taco combo (one shrimp and one crispy wahoo), and chicken quesadilla (originally wanted to try chicken taquitos but they don’t make those anymore). The steak in the fajitas was not like the picture at all, it’s chopped up and tough (same kind they use in their burrito), there was barley any chicken on the chicken fajita plater (lots of grilled veggies with some chicken morsels on top), pinto beans were bland but the black beans were good, small amount of chicken in the quesadilla also. Husband liked the shrimp taco, grilled fresh to order and crispy wahoo taco was just ok. The rice was bland and we thought the mango salsa was the better of what they offered. We did noticed that the bang for your buck is burritos and bowls as we saw staff preparing those for other customers before and after us. It was very expensive for just ok food, I probably won’t return.

Stoped by with the family after doing a little shopping at the flea Galt market. Had a delicious lunch, the workers were very kind and made our experience delightful. Definitely coming back here next time we are around!!!

I ordered 3 shrimp tacos . The cashier told someone in the back to put shrimp on the grill for 3 tacos not until the second time she had to remind some one to do so once again, they did . As I was observing my shrimp getting grilled . The person prepping the tacos puts the tortillas on the salad bar where they start pre preparing my tacos without the shrimp. The person the was grilling my shrimp puts it in a bowl and leaves it in front of the person preparing my tacos and starts a new order from another customer. By that time all my food is getting cold . By the time I got to my car which took me a minute and unwrapped my tacos to eat, they were super cold tacos . Not even warm at all . Very disappointed. $3.99 per taco . Not filling at all . I should of listened to my brother in law about this place and should have read the reviews before hand . Never going back . Super slow staff working there and they don’t know what they are doing . Bye bye now . Hope they enjoy my $12 plus tax .

Sorry, but this establishment better get their stuff together. I feel they opened too early and are not prepared! We had no one in front of us in line but there were 4 people who had already ordered and one gentleman who waited his entire break just to get his food. They had many online orders to serve as well. I ordered a Diablo burrito that had missing ingredients (my bad for not watching it get prepared). Also, I asked if we got chips and salsa and he thought I wanted a side of chips and salsa—the $4.99 shareable side, so I ordered them. As they bagged our food, I found out I got a side of chips with each order and I told the manager , “I wish you would have told me we get chips with our food”. He responded with something about “next time” but he had a strong accent that I could not understand so I just took it as a loss because we already waited a long time to get our food. So we leave and on the drive home I reach into the bag for a chip and it’s wayyyyyy undercooked. Most of the chips were inedible because they were undercooked and greasy. Yes, the ones I bought and the one I got with our food. They sucked, the food sucked, and the wait sucked. This is not the Baja Fresh I remember.
