I remember when Baja Fresh came to the PNW. I enjoyed it then and enjoy it now. I am a creature of habit and don’t sway to far from the Baja Burrito mixed meat and extra crispy tortillas with the Baja sauce.

WOW .. been a long time since I was at Baja Fresh and I can’t believe what has happened to it. My burrito was ok, but not much meat. My wife’s bowl was bland, but palatable. The street corn was terrible and full of water. And the meal cost us $38! The server couldn’t be bothered to be polite or pleasant, clearly my being there was a huge inconvenience for her. The other patrons in this restaurant were .. well let’s just say they didn’t help the atmosphere.

AMAZING FLAVOR – I always get the Ultimo Burrito. Grilled veggies, freshly made Salsa Baja, jack & cheddar cheese, Baja rice & sour cream wrapped in a warm flour tortilla with your favorite protein. At the salsa bar I recommend the Baja Salsa. Fire grilled salsa. This burrito is huge. Love their food. Their chicken quesadilla is so good with the grilled chicken. The chips didn’t have any flavor. It may cost more the Taco Bell, but it is 10x better and 3x bigger.

Everything was delightful. The tacos were so big I had to use a fork. Portions are generous. The hot salsa is not even what I would call “medium” but was delicious and obviously made in house from fresh ingredients.

Hadn’t been here in long time so decided to stop. Glad I did had a wonderful salad. Service was ok guy behind thw counter was little awkward but friendly. The atmosphere was ok , alot of the tables were not wiped down so that was little frustrating. And thwn there was a few ppl in there who were pretty loud.

Thank goodness they survived the lock down and shakey economy and remain in business. Although their prices have gone up like everyplace and everything else they are still a bargain because the portions for a burrito are gigantic . Everything was fresh as usual and delicious . I choose chicken in my burrito this time and had the Mexicano variety with pintos and they do not skimp on chicken. Huge chunks of seasoned white meat ,tender,moist and delicious along with all the other yummy fillings they include this item. The only thing I miss is the fresh salsa and condiments bar that COVID put an end to. I loved all the freshly made toppings but they have redirected as best they can and put some things on during the prep process. The atmosphere was four stars only because they are currently under construction. I love this kind of meal so Baja fresh is always my pick for a meal whenever I’m in an area that has one.

My brother and I had forgotten our tortillas for the fajitas, and before we left the plaza (we parked in front of Mr maple) the worker had run across the plaza to give us our tortillas. That is grade A service, and everyone was a delight to talk to. Excellent food too. I will definitely be eating here again!!

Very fast service, and the workers are pretty nice. Ordering for takeout through phone was a pleasure here, whereas it’s usually a pain to do. My taquitos tasted good as they usually do from any Baja Fresh location, though greasy. The interior was clean as well.
