WOW! This place blew me away!! The tacos cost about $5.50 or $6 each and are loaded up – totally reasonable and worth the price. This is some of the best seafood I have ever had anywhere! Both the shrimp and fish tacos were fresh and filling. The sauce was so delicious! I will absolutely be back. Thank you for the amazing food.

Honest to god. I am from LA I have went to 7 Michelin restaurants and I can honestly say this is the single best food truck I have been to in years. The owner is a fantastic person making the food how he would like to eat it. 11/10 recommend going before you go to snow bowl and after because you WILL BE FULL!

What can I say, best tacos I’ve had in Flagstaff for a longgggg time! I just got a shrimp taco and a fish taco, and it was amazing. SO many ingredients. They did it so quickly, with the biggest slab of fish and giant shrimp I’ve ever seen. Definitely worth the price just based on quantity, but based on flavor, they could be charging twice as much. I’m telling everyone I know about this place because it was simply amazing.

I only get one thing here. I am probably missing out on other great food, but I can’t help it. The SHRIMP TACOS are outstanding! I am so cheap I hardly pay for food anywhere, but I keep going back to Baja Mar. Two shrimp tacos for $13.50 is very fair for these large prawn, stuffed tacos! Thank you.

10 stars. I’m really picky about Mexican food and fried shrimp tacos since I’m from Northern Mexico and I’m used to really good fresh Mexican seafood. These Jumbo battered fried shrimp tacos are very high quality, despite being in Flagstaff. This food cart specializes in seafood but I also tried a “carne asada” taco assuming it wasn’t going to be good, but it tasted really good. It wasn’t real carne asada in the sense that it was pan fried rather than chargrilled over an open fire, seasoned with only salt. However, it was tender and the seasonings were really nice, like a seasoned salt. My only complaint is I wish they served tacos with cabbage not lettuce, as is more the norm in Mexico. Not only is it a 5 star in terms of taste, the menu is just the right amount of creative while maintaining the comfort of familiarity. Very happy with the portion sizes.
