Disappointed!!!! Management why did you change your boneless wings!! This was one of your best meals on the menu. Hands down! No longer serving the same ones. Still a nice space and friendly employees.

7 of us staying at the hotel and chose to try Bakers. Sat down and was greeted with “we are really backed up and short staffed; it will be 20 minutes before your order is taken.” We decided to stay anyway and occupied 3 tables, side by side. The waitress came sooner than anticipated and took orders from 2 of the 3 tables. When she returned a few minutes later, we told her the 3rd table is part of our party and needed their order taken. Her response, “ok, but I have 57 tickets for this hotel, I’m leaving your tickets here for you to pay now. You have to leave in less than an hour.” And walked away without taking the other orders. Orders were taken 10 minutes later. I understand being short staffed but that was blunt, rude service and should never be tolerated!

Definitely one of the better hotel restaurants I have tried. The food was pretty good, but does have a smaller menu which could be expanded pretty easily I am sure with some more options. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice and helpful.

The Cafe is in the atrium which gets hot on hit days. Temperature was a bit uncomfortable so we ordered fast, ate fast and bypassed dessert.

The atmosphere of this place is really chill for a hotel bar. Jasmine and Jessica elevate the experience even when it gets busy and take care of customers like friends! The food is good for the price as well!

Ordered a burger with bacon,”medium, pink in the middle.” Burger was well done, looked like a frozen patty. Side of their Buffalo sauce which was an up charge on an already 17$ burger and fries, only option was packets of ketchup and mustard, felt like McDonalds. Also, beer order can back wrong twice. Three beers, burger and fries for 45+$ is a joke given the quality, did not finish the food. Would look else where, till they correct ether quality or price.

Abysmal service. Add another waiter/waitress asap. The bar tender appeared to be tending whole restaurant and was not prepared. I waited a half hour for her to realize my drink was empty and ask if i needed another. The only reason it was not one star was because the poor bartender was busting her butt to fill everyones order in the restaurant. The wings were also good but its not worth waiting so long for drinks and the tab.

I always eat at Bakers when in town. The staff is always very friendly and the burgers are good. Their sweet potato waffle fries are awesome. Service is quick for a sit down place but you will have time to relax with a quiet before dinner drink too.

We had arranged to have our rehearsal dinner here. Mostly because it was convenient and our guests were staying at the double tree. We spoke with the restaurant’s manager and created a menu. A week before we went in to eat and try the food. The only good thing they have are their wings. The wings are terrific probably the best in town. Now the rest of the food horrible. Come to find out the reasturants manager we dealt with no longer works there. All they knew is we had a reservation. No other details. Needless to say we changed locations.

Jessica D. Was amazing and so attentive! She had a full bar all by herself and she did amazing, made sure everyone was taken care of and provided wonderful customer service always with a smile. Can’t wait to come back and visit her on my next South Bend trip.
