We always try to eat here when in the area. It is fine dining for a mom and pop place. The food tastes like home cooking, reasonably priced and served by staff that make you feel at home. Please notice the desserts. If you find yourself on 15 in Dillsberg, PA, stop by.

Coffee was fresh, eggs were scrambled perfectly, potatoes cooked and flavored well. So why the low rating? The onion rings were not cooked all the way,and the french toast was not cooked thoroughly, it was mushy. You can see the french toast was cooked at a pretty high temp, burned parts and mush in between.

Nice diner for all of your cravings. Today we had the shepherd’s pie and the fried shrimp basket. Both were a good average meal. The restaurant is upgraded and super clean. The wait staff is friendly and a local favorite for diners. Plenty of parking. The dessert case has wonderful selections as well. Lunch was about $35.

Stopped in for some brunch with my mom today and we both ordered eggs Benedict… probably should have just stuck to the lunch menu. If you’re going to offer breakfast all day I recommend your chefs know how to cook it all day. The one key concept of eggs Benedict is the “Poached egg” not “hard boiled”. Hash browns were luke warm as well.

I used to love Baker’s but once new owners took over a a few years, it’s just been eh. The stuffing they have is always quite peppery and over seasoned. They use way too many dishes for just a simple meal. One time I was there and I received five plated for my meal. Some could have just been put on the same plate. The staff is also quite rude sometimes. Like it’s a burden that you are there ordering food. The last time it was there I waited almost 10 minutes just to checkout at the register. By the time I was finally checked out, there was alone of five other patrons to checkout behind me. I feel like the service is lacking with this small-town diner and it needs a bit of a revamp. They do still have a decent breakfast, although quite expensive for what you get anymore.

I’ve been coming to Baker’s for years and love it! They are the best diner in the Dillsburg area for sure. They have a pretty large menu with great offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner! This particular trip, my son, and we had breakfast and had the western omelette with hashbrowns, pancakes and the big breakfast. The service was great and food was spot on like it is most of the times. When doing for lunch I highly recommend the loaded chili… delicious! We will be back for sure!

Always a good stop if you are in the area. Right off of rt15 with plenty of parking. It’s an American roadside diner with a good menu selection. Friendly staff, clean restaurant.

Great menu selection for everyone in your party. The food was delicious, but make sure you save room for dessert, many delicious choices. They are very friendly, and the service was outstanding.

Employees were friendly. The place was clean. We came for breakfast one day while the power in our town was out. I ordered the sausage and gravy over biscuits. The gravy was good but I wasn’t too crazy about the biscuits though. They tasted pretty bland. Coffee was good though. My son loved the pancakes and bacon. My mother said her eggs and toast were good but the sausage patties were a little dry.

The waiter was friendly and had good customer service. I ordered the Bakers Chicken. It was a huge portion. The entree was tasty however the broccoli was mushy I would rather it be fresh and more crisp. The tuna melt was too salty. The best item which I didn’t take a pic of was the Chili. I definitely would recommend the chili.
