Great place and great food. But the service had something to be desired. An employee should not give attitude and say What when drinks are missing. Then only make one of 3 drinks that we’re order and say what again. Proper response should have been ” is there something else I can help you with?” Other than that a great place to eat and good atmosphere. Other employees were great too.

Food was fresh so I’ll give them that. Never think of here being a bargain so felt more expensive for fast food while not receiving an uptick in quality of items. Biggest complaint was the service here. One point was the fact there is no self service beverage bar which I found odd. This was later revealed when the employees there who were more concerned with chatting with one another than serving the guests informed of a charge for additional refills after the first. Stopped here for something different but don’t plan on coming back.

Ordered a chili fry on the app. Picked up in drive thru. One car in front of me so it wasn’t busy. I asked for thousand island on the side & they said ok. There was no thousand island in my bag, the fries were soggy, there were no napkins or a fork.. not a good experience

Ever since they changed the way they make the food, it sucks! I usually get the chicken teriyaki sandwiches, but now they are horrible. I used to work at Bakers back in 2000!!!! And never have these sandwiches tasted so bad. Mayonnaise instead of thousand island, and then the chicken isn’t even marinated anymore. Onions are chopped up instead of whole. Altogether all bad!!!!!!

Edit: My mom and I were able to share a nice affordable and fresh dinner the other day, Taco Tuesday! The tacos were fresh and the fries were delicious. My mom really liked the burger. And the staff was very nice. This Baker’s is close by my work so we’ll be back. ✌️
