This place got better because now they write if a burrito had red/green sauce instead of everyone guessing and getting the wrong burrito. They also write what kind of burrito it is, which is very helpful. Their food is always good and the lines aren’t long.

The line moved pretty quickly today, but in all my previous experiences, that is not typical. The majority of the time, the line, while being smaller, takes about as long as a fully packed line at In-N-Out. It is deceptive. I got the double baker with large fries. The burger was good, the fries not so fresh. Warm/hot, just not exactly fresh. There were plenty of brownish ones. Other than the occasional not so fresh set of fries, I never really have a problem with my orders here.

Bakers is my go to restaurant for fast food. Very close to home real quick in and out and the food is very good usually. I’ll get a toast starter and maybe 2 tacos with sour cream ground beef. The Burger is are good everything’s pretty well. Good. They have a pineapple shake and they also have vitamin water. But you don’t find that everywhere and I like that..

Around 9:12pm one of the young lady workers was very rude when asking a question about the restaurant, then angrily yelled “it’s not my job anymore once I’m off the clock” she wouldn’t give her name but her license plate is 9FTG618. She was very rude for no reason.

Probably won’t be back to this location. Took 19 minutes for my order of 1 meal to be ready. They said they had called me earlier, but I was the only person in the restaurant, and never heard them. Plus any Baker’s I’ve ever been to brings your order to the table, so I was expecting that. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the guy was nice and replaced my fries because they had been sitting out for so long. But cheese was room temperature and not melted on my nachos. Then I think maybe this location just doesn’t bring orders to the tables, but finally another customer came in, and they brought her order to her table, and then came back and bagged up her food she had gotten to go! WTH?! I love Baker’s, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

So this was a horrible experience. The drive thru line was so long I decided to go inside. There was only 2 ladies in there and they were waiting on their food. After about 10 minutes of waiting with nobody else in line, an older woman ask have I been helped, to which I responded”no”. I waited another 10 minutes and I finally placed my order. I realized that the ladies working with the food only had one glove and was grabbing the fries and bags etc with the ungloved hand! I mentioned it to the manager but she seemed to have a attitude. The ladies did eventually put two gloves on, but that made the experience disgusting!
