All diners could learn a few things from Bakers Square. A country-style restaurant with good service and an extensive menu that goes beyond the basics that most similar restaurants adhere to. Plenty of choices on the menu for any meal with a lot of deals, especially for lunch. Generous portions and quality ingredients, a rare combination in this price segment.

Food is good! The Reuben is great, the apple pie it’s awesome. But the odor of sewer is the worst. It hit’s you once you get thru the door. We told the waitress, suppose they are fixing it, but last time I was here it smell the same way. If the owner or a manager is reading this please fix that problem. It’s really unappealing to eat here. I’ll give a better rating if wasn’t for that awful smell

OMG! The best meal for me OK! I requested to have my meat well done and whoever took my order, probably thought it was weird of me but, she said okay! I could tell in her voice, but once I got my food everything was exceptionally delicious! I just like my food slightly grilled!! Totally never disappointed. The pie is deliciou!s I wish I had a bigger piece! LOL! I barely eat so it’s nice to find great food. I’m guilty of being a repeat offender LOL! Patty is great.

Wonderful surprise! Our server was fantastic not only toward us but everyone around us as well. The restaurant was exceptionally clean inside and out. There is ample parking and very accessible to those with a handicap. Of course the pie was good, but my salmon was cooked well as were the vegetables. The Reuben was not made with typical sliced deli meat it was slow cooked chunky and delicious. The prices fit the portion sizes very well. I would return.

My family and I have been periodically visited this particular restaurant over a 30 + year period. It now has new and improved menus, (that list calories), and give a nice range of choices, as well as pies. It’s cleaner and better staffed than at previous times. My brother got the fish and chips, which he liked and were nice and warm. I got the beef tips which were quite tasty, along with the newish roasted potato medley and a small bowl of fresh fruit, which had actual and tasty fresh fruit ( grapes mostly ). The potato medley consisted of bite sized pieces of white and sweet potato, in a nice, slightly savory glaze, that was just a tad over- roasted, but still palatable. We ordered a combo pumpkin-pecan pie to go, and had it for dessert later on. It was a pleasant surprise and well received by others who also liked the different -from – the – usual combination. The service was good, quick and pleasant, attentive but not invasive. It is not gourmet food but it is good food that one can now order in one of 2 amounts, “regular” or ” just right”, which is smaller, fewer calories and lesser cost. I wanted to rate it at 4 and 1/4 , out of 5, but didnt have the option of partial stars. We will be back.

It’s a very pleasant chain diner, with a wider variety of dishes than many other similarly priced family restaurants. The food was good, and it had a few great deals available (4 selections from a crazy big breakfast menu for under $9 & 1/2 a premium sandwich, soup, and pie altogether for less than $10), plus every Wednesday customers can get a free slice of pie with their entrees. The portions are generous, so expect to bring home leftovers.

VERY nice time. I did feel our waitress was a bit slow considering there weren’t a lot of people in there. Food was good, was not happy that the waitress brought out our separate to go orders and read what was in each bag (we were going to separate homes)so we said ok thanks and left. My bag did not have the two desserts in it that I specifically requested. If she checked it that much, there should not have been problems with my order and there was. Nothing worse then expecting to come home and have a taste for food you brought back, only to find out it was wrong and you can’t enjoy it!!!

Worked for B.S. Severance, many years ago, and this was my first time back in over 18yrs. I usually worked nights, so I never really tried the breakfast. My meal was really good, served by an even better server, Andrea. Dining room was not too busy for a Sun morning. I beat the rush.
