We have dined at Bakery & Pickle many times now and every single time is amazing! When we go, we always get the experience, which is by far the best of both worlds. You get so much food, but everything is hand picked by the chef. You get the best of the best on the menu and with how much food you get, it was worth so much more than the price per person. The service is always amazing and very astute. It does not matter what you get from the menu, everything is delicious! 10/10 would recommend.

One of the most romantic restaurant in the Bloomington IL area. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a date night. We ordered Anju Flatbread, Greenhouse salad and Burger. All three dishes were delicious. Ingredients tasted fresh and organic. The staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Cool place. Great atmosphere. The food was great and there was an interesting drink menu. The major knock was the service. Our waiter ignored us. We had to flag him down. The place wasn’t that busy. We wondered if he felt we weren’t worth the bother since we ordered the lower-priced entrees. (Had he checked in, we may have ordered more drinks.) We’ll try the place again and hopefully we’ll have more attentive service.

Wow! What wonderful ambience with historical flair. They even have live piano music playing the whole time! They provide the perfect amount of attention and friendliness in their service and the food is delicious! I enjoyed eating foods and drinks in unexpected combinations and preparations. They also tell you about everything they are serving from what it is to how it’s prepared and from where it came. The food is prepared for groups of two to share. Be prepared to pay at least $100 or more for two people if you get drinks and any add-ons. I recommend The Bee’s Knees and the pickle bowl for a drink and extra. The whole experience is definitely worth every penny!
