I recently dowloaded the Balance app. It makes advance ordering easy. With each order we earn more. Everything on the menu is delicious and looks like the advertisements. Every dish is so flavorful. There’s quite a lot to choice from. What a variety of bubble teas! Tho it’s hard to describe the cuisine here, everyone I introduce to Balance is impresed!

This was my second time ever going to balance and I was very impressed with the staff! I didnt know much about bubble tea and they helped explain the drinks in great detail! I ordered the neon lights with extra bubbles and asked for some to be placed on the top and the bottom and they were more than happy to do so!

The bubble tea is a little disappointing though I continue to get it because it’s one of the only places in the area that you can. The food is very fresh, it just is also fairly simple. All of the sauces are on the side so you have to mix your own in. It’s kind of like chipotle but with Asian themed dishes

Delicious!!!! The flavors in the food really blend well. The service was good. Didn’t try the tea but next time. Price reasonable for the quality and quantity. If ever this way again I will stop. Thanks for the yummy goodness.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful when ordering. They asked twice if it was to go or if we would eat in. Told them twice it was to eat in, but they still made it to go and did not let us know it was ready, so it stayed on the counter for like ten minutes. By the time we got it, the food was not very warm. However, it had great flavor. Also had a bubble tea, which was really good and refreshing. If you are not getting bubble tea, drink selection is not great. Basically the food was good, experience not so great, just average.

I had the pleasure of trying the Five Spice Tacos on the puffed blue corn tortillas. They were FANTASTIC! A little on the sweet side but flavor was on point! Fresh veggie toppings. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the area!

Always great food and bubble teas! The creamy wontons are a must try, very similar to crab Rangoon without the crab. The online order system is great and you get points back to buy food and drinks. Everything I’ve had from tea to tacos to the bowls are excellent. Healthy and tasty!
