Word of advice.. work on customer service!! I assume I/we arrived about 30 minutes before closing.. we wanted the sandwich warmed and with bacon…(Be rudely stated, ” naw, I have already turned the grill off.” We were willing to take the sandwich anyway, until i told him I ordered a half not a whole…and he said well… Absolutely not! Unacceptable.. please give these young adults some customer training…

The place was dirty with a sticky floor and table tops. The sandwiches were tasteless and very sloppy to eat. Bread was horrible. One type of cheese, no selection. Ended up throwing out half my sandwich.

This location always seem to close earlier than expected. When I grabbed my child from school two days in a row, we decided come here one day at 7:30 the next day 6:45/6:50 and both times they were already closed (with an 8:00) closing time. It never use to be like this with the old staff but now there’s a young lady in there that has no desire to work. And I was highly disappointed. Please fix it

This use to be my favorite sandwich shop but I guess they got bought by new owners and the quality has just gone down. The tea is always sour. Half the drink dispensers are out of soda. The bread is stale now. It’s a shame.

First off, there are no prices on the menu. They were mostly taken down. Second, I asked for an Italian. I didn’t see any sort of anything involving sizes or prices, so I asked for “large”, cuz why not. Then the employee said they were only doing half sizes. I said okay (but I’m not sure why you can’t put two half sizes together, but whatever. It took him long enough to say that, why push my luck. So then I was asked again, “uhh. What was your order?” An Italian, bro. This is a sub shop. That’s not an odd request. Anyway, I just left. They were totally out of it. You’d be insane to let these people near your food, and food they were clearly almost out of. First and last time. Later.
