They have some good pizza. I ordered a bacon pizza and unlike a lot of other places, there wasn’t a puddle of grease under it (which I imagine is hard to pull off). The cheese was tasty. Next time, I’ll prolly order extra sauce as it was lighter than what I prefer. The pizza was also cut really well. It’s nice to not have to wrestle the slices apart! I’ll need to try a couple more items before giving 5 stars, but definitely seeming like a 5 star spot so far!

I called at 1 p.m. on a Friday I could barely understand the person who answered the phone I wanted a meatball and cheese grinder he said 10 minutes I waited 15 and then I went in and he was just starting to put my sandwich together there was no one else there and there were no orders ahead of me. He was listening to something on his phone & it took another 30 minutes for him to complete my order (of which the roll was now over burnt & cheese not melted) and then it was like he was drunk, he could barely walk. he rang up my order at $11.75 I gave him a $20 bill he gave me back $7 & .40 in nickels and when I tried to explain to him that my change should be $8.25 he could not figure it out so I said give me another dollar and I took the .25 out of the Nickels he put down on the counter. he was completely drunk or high on something.

The place was extremely hot. Uncomfortably so when walking in the door. Today was 98 degrees outside and opening the door I felt like the oven was opened. Air conditioning in a business is a must.

I ordered grinders for my son’s birthday and what an experience, I ordered grinder for my granddaughter and they put jalapenos on it but they replaced it, my sons steak sandwich had barely any meat on it it’s sad that you charge for the bread cause they barely put meat on the grinders, poor service as far as when you order, I’m definitely not going to order from them at least not this branch, Hill st is much better!!

Terrible customer service, was told 45 minutes only to arrive 1.5 hours later, called seeing where my food was at and if I was expected to pay full price if pizza was cold she says it is not cold but decides to take $2 off the order any way which is laughable. Long story short pizza arrives barley warm and soggy as hell by the time it gets to my house. $32 for a small pizza and wings you’d expect to get hot food at least

They charge a 3 dollar delivery fee before tax and another charge just for using a card food is str8 but nun to go crazy over most likely won’t order again especially not with card
