Ok, I’ve been waiting to get the chance to try out this place and they absolutely delivered! The brisket, baked beans, and slaw were all delicious, not to mention – everything is homemade. Great prices and hefty portions. If you live in or near Sierra Vista, you need to go checkout their BBQ!!

I hope they can eventually upgrade like twisted twin ramen did out of the building they are in. The plate I had was fantastic and full of flavor. However, they were also missing many items from the menu. I will return as it is definitely one of the better eateries in the area

Biscuits and gravy during breakfast hours was good. But their smoked brisket was amazingly delicious!! So tender and perfectly seasoned…also good with BBQ sauce. Highly recommended!!

I am so glad I found this place during my week stay in Hereford. I ordered online, a pulled pork sandwich with baked beans on the side. The pork was flavorful and had a few nice chunks in there (not overly pulled). The bbq sauce was tasty and I opted for coleslaw on top. It fulfilled my bbq craving and was very satisfying. I would definitely go again.

Right down the road from my home in Hereford. I’ve had lots of BBQ in the Texas Hill Country (Austin, Lockhart, Bandera, Llano and Junction). I can tell you that this is the real deal! Exception is that their beans are different but way more delicious (Texas just usually does basic Pinto Beans with little flavor). Potato Salad is just like what I make at home on rare occasions. Brisket was melt in your mouth smoky deliciousness. My only suggestion is to give customer the option for sliced or chopped. I prefer sliced.

What an amazing meal!!! The brisket melts in your mouth! Our side of potato salad were super yummy! Do not leave there without taking home his home made dessert!!! We had the banana pudding which he made the custard and whipped cream from scratch! We also had the blueberry cheesecake which was delicious! Thank you sooo much for the fabulous dinner!!!

Seriously good BBQ. This is how it should be done. It’s evident the owner takes a great deal of pride in the quality. The meats really stand out above any other place, like really really good for real. The sauce is good and balanced, not too sweet or tangy, just good. The sides are made well and have good flavor. But again the meats, all of them, are what shines at this place, especially brisket, ribs and pulled pork which are on par with the best I’ve had anywhere in the country. Prices lean high, but not prohibitive, especially considering the quality, and portion sizes which are generous. I feel like I got my money’s worth for sure, was able to save half the meat for another meal. Try for yourself and you’ll see… Lip smackin’ good.

Amazing food. Pulled pork nachos are a regular purchase. As well as biscuits and sausage gravy on the way to visit garage sales every Saturday morning. Plus catering for my son’s recent birthday! Ribs were also amazing.

Being from Texas, I’ve had a lot of brisket and this place is top tier! I normally get the brisket nachos or just brisket and I’m never disappointed! So glad they opened up in our area! I love that the food truck is close to Fry’s in the PC’s lounge parking lot and I drive by almost daily.
