My caramel latte shake was absolutely delicious. Although kinda pricey, it was totally worth it because it was filling like an entire meal. I had great energy and basically stopped craving sugar and bread when drinking it (I’m expecting). Not sure what kind of magic vitamins were in it lol. I’ll be a new regular, for sure. Oh, and the owner was so friendly and super helpful.

This place is amazing!!! I found this gem several months ago while exploring. It is Lexington’s best kept secret. The shakes are amazing and so are the staff. I ordered a caramel apple pie shake, the extra large and added fat burner. I did not order the tea with it and it cost me $18.00. The shakes are really good but if this is a normal price its way to high and will keep me from going back.

What a great place for a healthy meal. As someone who cares about the nutritional value, the attention that Herbalife gives to product quality is reassuring. Added to the fact that they have been in business for going on 40 years makes the shakes that much sweeter. Regan and her team of nutritional coaches are a bright spot in any day.

The tea is amazing if you’re looking for a pick me up in the afternoon and the meal replacement shakes do just as they say. When I’m in a rush or just too stressed to eat I stop by Bam to fuel my body and I never regret it. There’s a big selection of shakes, teas, and other Herbalife products as well and the staff is always friendly and talkative. Check em out!
