Noodle bowl with veggies was wayyyy too salty. Eggplant was not edible. Banana egg roll was pulled out of the freezer before my eyes..making the banana mush when they deep fried it to reheat… Not fresh at ALL.

These cats are a total class act. Bamba eggroll was given the worst spot on festival grounds, and remained so kind to the production staff – they fed us breakfast lunch and dinner. Its delicious, quality food that gave good energy for the hard work.

This is the hometown business you want to support. The beef eggrolls and noodles were awesome and unique. Rudy called me for roadside assistance in the middle of the night and despite his predicament, he was nothing but a pleasure to be around. He took care of us like family. Authentic in his food and personality. You don’t find people or food like this often.

Great customer service and nice presentation of lumpia (egg rolls): however, they need to improve the taste of pancit or noodles, and also adobo. I followed the food truck whenever I could multiple times to support this small business, especially that the owner/s and I are from the same country of origin (Philippines). But I felt and tasted that I was only wasting my money for my displeasure of the overall taste of the food they serve.

I ran across Bamba at Waterfront Wednesday where the crowd was no less than a Sunday at Forecastle in terms of service demand. There service was awesome, especially considering the heat, crowd size, and demand. The food was excellent and both of my 6 year old twins are wondering when we get to eat Bamba again!

Was awesome food. Tried this at Shakespeare in park. Tried kalmakan bowl which is not normally on menu. It was right amount of heat. The egg was runny, fried rice new and original. Loved the peppers for texture and shrimp was deveined so no sand to run texture or taste. The meat was a little chewy but seasoned well great bite and definitely worth the 10 dollars. Wish I could have tried the lumpia rolls but the veg had mushrooms and completely sold out of the beef. We did try the apple one and it was like an apple pie.

The egg rolls were amazing! Thin crispy and loaded with beef. Was also really impressed with the pork belly and rice with the egg on top! All around great experience, will definitely be back again!

I didn’t even know what Filipino food was before I tried this food before they even had a truck at the Westport Road Farmers market. Now I check their Facebook page every week to see where they will be. I live out in Lagrange and they come out to Oldham County quite regularly which I appreciate. My favorites are the pancit and chicken adobo and some other Filipino BBQ dish that I can’t remember the name of. Also try all of the lumpia. You can’t go wrong.
