Girl who answers phone was RUDE from the beginning, like an inconvenience. I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza, she was aware by the notes and comments under my order, that I was wanting a different pizza. She continued to tell me I was wrong, she reread it and all that. I agree I was wrong, but she was being nasty to me, not truly understanding her anger behind it. I feel bad for the staff that works with her. She was clearly upset that I called to even question it and now stuck with a pizza I physically can’t eat nor did she care. Awful customer service. I really like bambino’s but I won’t be ordering from this one because of that girl.

The pizza was great but the party sized salad I ordered was terrible. Some of the lettuce was not edible. It looked like it either had been frozen at some point or was just really old. We had guests and I could not serve it.

Placed an order online for delivery at 10:45pm. Call at 11:55 they say they read the order late and it was on its way. Got a text at 12:14 saying it would be delivered at 12:24. Then get a text at 12:23 saying the order was cancelled

Been to bambinos many times and a solid 7/10 times its amazing. unfortunately the last time they had messed up my first order, then, when i called they had confirmed my new order on the phone and when i picked it up and went home to eat it i realized they had added mushrooms and green peppers instead of jalapeños (which was mentioned on the phone). majority of the time food good though but customers service could be better hence the 3 stars..

My 5 star rating comes from the experience I had as a delivery driver at Bambinos. Arrived to front doot parking surrounded by an area thatis well maintained. In the doors I go and what do you know, I am greeted by a Man wjo you can tell is very professional and hard working in one. You could just see the pride this man had for this Bambinos location. My order was ready before I arrived and in less than a minute I was down the road headed toward dropoff location.

Decent pizza but absolutely horrible management. Would give 0 stars if possible. Had been ordering the 6.99 special + salad twice a week for the past 2 years. This week I noticed I was charged $13.49 incorrectly two days prior so I figured I could stop in and get my $6.50 refund. Wrong. The employee at the counter had to call the manager and she informed her that it was my fault for not noticing when I was charged and that they would not refund or credit THEIR mistake. I hope losing $30 of business a week is worth it to keep their 6 bucks.

I have to tell you that my family has had almost every pizza, chicken chunks and burger. I just asked them to make me something bad so we would stop ordering so much. Food is always hot when it arrives and delivery guy is always friendly. Thank you for all your hard work. The owner is also a very nice man and is very understanding if you have an issue.
