They make standard Chinese takeout and they do it well. The food tasted good and the service was quick and attentive. If you’re in the New Hartford area and you’re craving some good Chinese takeout, Bamboo won’t disappoint.

The lady who takes the phone calls is super friendly and remembers my family’s names every time we come! They even made us balloon animals when we came on Chinese New Year! I always order the steak Lomein and they give you a huge portion. This is a family run business with a couple running the restaurant so please be patient with them, it’s definitely worth the wait!

OMG! I hate that expression but when I tried several dishes tonight I kept saying it over and over. When I picked up my food, the bag was hot and fragrant. I couldn’t resist trying the crab rangoons … crispy and sweet, I ate four before I left the parking lot! The egg rolls and the Wonton Soup had to wait until I got home but once again, authentic and flavorful. The egg rolls were crisp and cooked to perfection. And the wonton broth wasn’t just something out of a carton but had the complex flavor of aromatics. So glad I gave this place a try and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Yum!!

If you go on the weekend, you could be waiting a while to get food because it’s a popular spot among people from around the area. But the taste is definitely worth the wait. The broccoli chicken is the only thing I’ve tried that’s so so. Everything else is very good.

We have had take out twice now and will keep going back. The food quality has been excellent both times. It is obvious they care about what they serve. Staff is very friendly. Dining room is clean and neat. I highly recommend giving it a try. I’m looking forward to dining in.
