Before and after pictures of my meal. .. Had not been for a while, mainly because of COVID, and did not know the restaurant had changed hands. Ordered my “regular” and was so pleased with how fresh the ingredients were and how favorful that I ate the whole thing right there! … And kept thinking about how much I enjoyed the meal all evening. Looking forward to going back!

This really is some of the best Pho broth around. They make everything fresh to order including the spring rolls. They even have Zoodles (zuchinni noodles) as an option. And the owners are super friendly. #Update this restaurant is under new ownership and haven’t tried it yet.

Previously the pho was pretty good but recently the broth has just been salty water. They don’t even have the sriracha with the rooster on it.

The best brisket Php that I have ever had and I order it with zucchini noodles. We also had chicken fresh rolls that were excellent, also the best. The food and the service is great. It’s one of the few restaurants that we go to, it’s at the top of our favorite restaurant list. We will absolutely be back.

So they closed for “renovations” but appear to have changed owners or cooks. The pho broth just isn’t as good and they’re a little stingy on the meat and noodles now. It’s too bad really, we really liked the previous folks and it was our favorite place to get pho close to home. We’ll be going elsewhere for our weekly pho order now

New owner, good service, amazing Pho with egg, delicious spring rolls, and outstanding peanut sauce. Will definitely return!

The menus pretty small overall. Fresh rolls only come with one meat choice and overall we’re not bad but not memorable. The pho broth is somewhat bland. The vermicelli bowl was the best dish we tried, it was good sized with lots of fresh crisp veggies and great flavor. The meat on top was only slightly warm when served however. The service was nice when we ordered but never came back after we got our food. It took forever to flag her down to get Togo boxes.

Meh. I wanted to like this place but the staff don’t welcome or acknowledge you until you wave them down. The Pho broth is extremely bland lacking depth, aromatics and the complexity you expect from a good pho broth. The meat quality was sub par with mostly tiny bits of beef with gristle and fat. Overall disappointing and expensive.
