Food is good, not greasy like some other places we have tried. So far my favorite has been the Mongolian beef and the family loves the sweet and sour chicken. The staff is friendly but very busy. They prepare our order quickly both times we have gotten take-out here. Waited no more than 10 minutes.

The food was horrendous and the steak taste like shrimp. The manager told my 10 year old son to “shut up “. This is outrageous absolutely terrible service. The manager treats people horrendous. First time coming and the last time. I could not believe she told my son to shut up and on top of that she want a 10$ tip. This is absurd. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone .

The first time that we ordered from here, I thought the food was mediocre and decided to try other Chinese around town. I found places that I like more. Bamboo Creek is the closest Chinese to our house so we tried it again. The worker was very rude over the phone and at the restaurant. When I got my food, both chicken dishes were overcooked, and it had terrible texture. The crab rangoon was pretty good, though. We will not be ordering from here again.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Girl at register was super rude. We’ve ordered Mongolian beef here multiple times and it’s always been good. This time it was inedible. Like throw away in the trash inedible. So we called where she proceeded to admit that it was spicier than usual but that we were the only ones to complain. We recommended that she may want to give a heads up to those that are ordering it that the spice level had changed. Instead she wanted to give me excuses that it was “sent to them that way”. That if I wanted them to do something about it I’d have to bring the uneaten portion of my dinner back up there right now so she could see how much we ate. Which would be fine as we ate NONE of it (except the rice and egg rolls) but we live it the B section and would cost more to drive up there in gas then it’s worth. Needless to say they lost our business and all of family’s (who lives in the E section) over $15.

They offer a $5 coupon on your second order but then argue with you when you go to redeem the coupon. If they don’t want to redeem their offer they shouldn’t offer it in the first place and I am not going to argue over $5 but as a matter of principle I will eat elsewhere.

Our pick up was terriayki chicken and general soas with some spring rolls, the chicken terriaki was inedible, I called to let them know and hopefully help so nobody else was served that monstrosity of disgusr. Food is pretty good but a $2 up charge for fried rice from jasmine is a bit much. What really turned me off was a 27 cent charge for using an Amex card. Come on man! Oh yes no fortune cookies in the bag as well.
