Went for lunch which would be the sweet spot if you don’t like a busy establishment.the food was so fresh I’d say it was cooked to order! It was so good I brought my family twice within a week timespan LOL. A must go and try in Bel Air if you haven’t.

I work for New York Life Insurance Co. and was lucky enough to visit this restaurant yesterday. The warm service was a reflection of their good quality. Surprisingly, the food was also very good, better than many restaurants in Chinatown of NY City. and I really appreciated the care of the owner & staff .

The majority of the food was phenomenal. We received huge portions and their prices were so reasonable. Sushi rolls were incredible.. and large. Sesame beef, chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce and General Tso’s were great. The fried rice leaves a lot to be desired…

I have been in some good Chinese restaurants and some terrible ones. The worst being discovering one place will take leftovers and serve them to someone else. Or the ones where they wait on you heavily but if you don’t whip out a tip before you stand up you get yelled at loudly. I was about to lay out $15 because my friend’s children were not well behaved at all. I was over-tipping . After my being screamed at and attempting to embarrass me I let the waiter know that I had the tip in hand but put it away after that disgusting display. I’ve eaten some of Wegmans Chinese & last time I tried a piece of sesame chicken while shopping and it was rock hard. So I gave it to the cashier. It’s very expensive to boot. I am looking forward to going to The Bamboo Garden because I am craving good orange chicken (will settle for sesame) I’ve never been, never knew the restaurant was right across the street from my house. I have read Every Review and it’s Mo accident that many people praise the place and repeat customers really tell me I’m in for a wonderful meal. I hope they have Plum sauce for my spring rolls. I’m on a limited income and rarely splurge for food from restaurants. I will be there just as soon as my check hits my bank account. Unfortunately Someone I just met that lives below me drove me to the bank and witnessed me using my ATM card then proceeded to steal it and the little bit of cash I keep . That was after I loaned her $30.00 she was fast and practically did it in front of my face! It Hurt! It Still Hurts. Not only did she take Every Penny I incurred fees when some overdrawn payments hit the bank. Almost doubling what was taken along with my piece of mind. They are dumpster divers and My balcony is right above her patio. I filed charges but so far she evaded the police tying to serve her . Took her apt letter off her door. They sneak out the patio and park behind the building. But I cannot wait for some excellent food Mr. Keven. Pictures of the place are very pretty.

My family, along with countless friends consider The Bamboo Garden one of Bel Air’s hidden treasures. The restaurant is nestled in Greenbriar Shopping Plaza. This establishment is one that captivates its patrons from the moment they walk in, and causes the locals to return week after week and travelers to make it a landmark to visit when passing through . The owner gives careful attention to each intricate detail of his business, weather it be the beautiful hand painted murals on the walls, the exquisite china displayed throughout the facility or each individual table topped with fresh flowers. I love knowing when I order a meal at The Bamboo Garden the food is always fresh, not from a can. My family & friends have had the pleasure of ordering just about everything on the menu and we have graciously enjoyed each dish. The food is deliciously made, the chefs are top notch! With each fork full, my tastebuds are bursting and allured by the variety of specialty seasonings. This gem is not only a restaurant for smaller groups but also has beautiful banquet rooms for hosting parties or group meetings. The owner, Kevin isn’t the kind of business owner who’s found sitting in an office in the back but instead you’ll find his personality to be bubbling over with kindness as he interacts with his patrons. I can speak from experience, not all restaurants have the professionalism and curtesy of The Bamboo Gardens staff. If you’ve not visited, stop by – I promise you’ll return over and over!

We’ve ordered from here multiple times, always a great experience – great food. I’m giving it 3 stars because for the first time in over a year of eating from here, I found a worm in my broccoli. I’ve gotten chicken and broccoli plenty of times and never experienced this. Not something I can get over – we will not be ordering here anymore.

This is a great restaurant, I went once on a date and the food was delicious. I ordered food online and it was delicious. The wait time is minimal, the price is reasonable. I love the egg rolls! The general tso chicken is delicious and so is the shrimp. I would like to try more sushi options next time I go.
