This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we went there because we got a menu flyer in the mail, we were in the area and thought let’s have lunch there. After finishing, we knew this would be the only visit ever to this place, never again. First off, the cashier was rude and was just generally unpleasant. I get that sometimes things do not go well, but we measure service based on effort, and we know that perhaps times can be hard when many people are being served. This however, was not the case, as we were the only two in there at the time. The person at the counter pointed to us to order at the counter, but there are no instructions to do so. No problem with that. As we picked what we wanted, we noticed that the lunches are $5.15.

Found a bandaid in my food, I called the restaurant and they all claimed that no one was wearing a bandaid. They did not offer a replacement or a refund, I told them it was ridiculous and he then hung up on me, how awesome is that.

And if there was any way to explain it it was nasty as poop this was not chicken it tasted more like Duck there was no meat it to be chicken was really weird and ask for a tip when we already paid enough out like no Merry Christmas that’s what he said we are using up all of our money to buy the food very inconsiderate if I can give you 0 if I could and ive had garbage that’s better than this very nasty food for the price and my French fries were hard oil change places there a 30 times better than this pick another place to go eat

After reading the other reviews I reluctantly decided to place a order to be delivered. We ordered Singapore noodles and a Seaweed salad, two of our favourites. The man who answered the phone was pleasant and certainly did not rush me. He said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Since it was Saturday night and we were staying 10 minutes away I did not expect to have it anywhere near that soon. The food arrived to our door in the motel room just over 20 minutes later. The Seaweed salad was very good. The Singapore noodles were good and there were plenty of them. I asked for chop sticks and they did not forget to send them. I am very critical of food quality and service. For the price this was very good. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews.

First off I have never written a bad review but here my rant goes. We ordered delivery because my wife had to work in an hour. They informed us after we tried to order sweet and sour chicken that they were out of the breading they fry in, understandable, even though its half your menu. Next we went to order some crab Rangoon, oh wait…they were out of that too. So we get some fried rice pork for our kids and 3 sushi rolls for us. I had an out dated menu so one of the rolls were on the pick any three my fault. When we got our food the rolls were really poorly wrapped, not fresh, and quite disgusting..we didn’t eat much of it. The fried rice, if that what you want to call it, was poorly flavored and had no to very little pork in it. I have been to better places with better food and service for cheaper…DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Usually very good service and food. Called in for a call ahead order and was told to do so online. Did everything correct online and food was delivered 1 hour early. Deliver driver had nothing to say about the mistake so i called the store and got a half hearted apology with no resolution. They could have offered a discount on our next order for the inconvenience. Food is good but don’t expect a smile on their face to get it to you.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, our food and service was just fine. I ordered delivery online for crab Rangoon, pad Thai, and sweet & sour pork. I received a confirmation email immediately. About 15 minutes later I called to get an estimate on delivery time and was told it would be 55 minutes (Understandable, as it was a Saturday night). 20 minutes later our food was at our door. Everything was hot and our delivery driver was friendly. The crab Rangoon was great, the pad Thai was pretty good and had a nice kick to it, and the sweet and sour pork was pretty good too. I plan to order again in the future.

The food is good. I’ve really only ever ordered takeout. I rarely ever see anyone dining in when I go in to get my takeout order. After attempting to actually eat in at the restaurant I understand why… there is no drink selection. There is a Coca Cola fountain machine on a counter with Out Of Order Post-It notes on every selection. Their only selection is a limited selection of bottled sodas in a fridge behind the counter. I didn’t care for the selection and didn’t want to have to pay for a bottle of water (which is typically of no charge when you dine in at a restaurant). I ended up just opting to go somewhere else to eat instead of dining in because of it.

ONE OF THE RUDEST PLACES I HAVE EVER EVER EVER BEEN TOO! I have never encountered such rude service from a place whose business deals with the public on a daily basis. Not only one of the women that work there but both that i have personally came in contact are outrageously rude every damn time I’ve walked into that place. Most people might say “go somewhere different” let me go ahead and put it out there that 1. I don’t have a car at the time of my break and 2. It is one of two restaurants that are close enough for me to visit on my half an hour break. I hope that the employees and the owner of this establishment read this review because something needs done about the way that their customers are treated. I was not the only one who has pointed this out today when I was there picking up my order, there was also an employee from Big Lots in the same plaza that felt the same exact way. Bamboo Garden YOU SUCK YOUR EMPLOYEES SUCK AND YOUR FOOD IS ON THE VERGE OF SUCKING TOO! Rang over ✌
