The food was out of this world, sushi was fresh and unique. The curry was homemade quality and filling, the teriyaki steak and rice was delicious. Would recommend for anyone with an adventurous pallet and a desire to eat great food! Customer service was warm and welcoming. Laid back atmosphere really makes you enjoy the dining experience more.

The food was phenomenal. However, Chris’ level of service over shadowed everything else. We had never been here before and he took the time to explain the menu. He made special accommodations for my son who is a picky eater. He was patient. His sense of humor was outstanding. I wish we had more people like Chris in the hospitality/restaurant industry. Absolutely phenomenal. Next time we are in town we will be coming by. Thanks Chris for going above and beyond!!!

If I could rate higher than five stars I would. This was one of the best and most fun restaurant experiences I’ve had! I was on vacation with friends and this place had good reviews so we went on our last night there. We got a table right by the bar and had a wonderful time talking to the staff. They were not just entertaining and friendly but also so accommodating too! I’m pregnant so I have to avoid raw fish. Not only did I get great recommendations but they also offered to modify anything on the menu and cook it if I wanted. Our server was Kenny but Andrew and Ash also spent a long time at the table/bar hanging out and chatting with us. If I were a local I could see this place becoming my go-to sushi restaurant easily. They even brought us a “flight” of all their house sauces to try out. One of the best parts was surprisingly the water! To an out of towner (especially a pregnant one) Florida tap water had a funky smell and taste, but Bamboo uses filtered so I was finally able to get some delicious cold water! Of course it goes without saying that the food was also delicious. I really can’t say enough good things about this place, and I’m looking forward to my next vacation so I can visit again!

Best sushi I have have had!! We came in here after a car show weekend and the staff was super nice to us. We ordered the King Kong which came with 5lb’s of fresh shrimp, scallops, rolls and snow crab. We were absolutely blown away by Bamboo Sushi!! Would recommend to anyone in the Fort Walton area to try it out.

I ordered online for a pick up order while traveling in Fort Walton, and I’ll never go anywhere else for sushi in this area! The takeout packaging was wonderful, salad was fresh and the sushi was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend the volcano roll. Service was also very friendly. If I would’ve brought casual clothes, I would’ve sat at the bar. Really cool atmosphere.
