I went to dinner with a friend here. The sushi was delicious! I’m sure we will be back soon.

Had a great experience today with my family. The owners are exceptionally nice. We all loved the food that we got (orange chicken, egg drop soup, fried rice with chicken, egg roll). Heck, even our picky eating son LOVED his food.

This place was very disappointing. Considering the 4 stars at this restaurant we were expecting decent food and decent service… WE DID NOT GET DECENT NOTHING. First off we got PAPER PLATES for our food. We were given kroger water bottles for our regular waters we asked for, only to be charged $1.20 for the unwanted water bottles. Our server was very dismissive. I ordered a salad and was given 90% of lettuce and 2% sauce ALSO in a PAPER BOWL. As well as there was a dog in back kitchen barking where our food was being prepared. I do not recommend this place.. the sushi wasn’t even good. Like come on.

We arrived the lady was talking loudly on her phone no sense of customer service. We heard a dog barking in the background. We were served with PAPER PLATES ( someone posted a picture of normal plates six days ago so they can’t say it’s due to covid, if you’re that lazy to wash dishes then don’t have a restaurant and go into another business) and were charged for OUR WATER. THEY GAVE US WATER BOTTLES FROM KROGERS. INSANE. FOOD WAS MID AND WAY OVERPRICED. PLZ DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST GO TO ANOTHER SUSHI PLACE CAUSE THIS PLACE WILL HAVE YOU REGRETTING U EVER DECIDED TO GO THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The Bamboo House is a small place, but the food was actually very tasty, and you received a good portion for the cost. One thing I really like is that it stays open from lunch to dinner. Many asian restaurants in the area don’t, so when I get off work in the afternoon, it’s good to know I can stop and grab something on the way home. Parking can be a little difficult, but they do have a couple of spots blocked off just for their restaurant if you get there at a good time.

We were visiting friends and looking for something that was a non-chain, unique restaurant. We happened to pick this, and everyone was thrilled with the choice. The food was amazing. We had sushi, potstickers, and a few other things. We thought the service was great during the first half hour. Then my little 4.5 year old girl threw up (gag reflex, not the good or illness). That is when we discovered that the service was spectacular. They were super responsive in helping us clean up, and very understanding, and took excellent care of our group.

First time trying this place and it did not disappoint. It’s tucked away on the hill in a strip mall so it’s easy to miss. They have plenty of menu options, and the food was delicious! I didn’t order ahead so we had to wait while it was prepared. I sat down in a booth with my toddler, and the owner brought over some complimentary bottled drinks for us while we waited. Much appreciated!

It was definitely an interesting experience… the place is small and not fancy in any type of way. After ordering, we noticed that everything is disposable–cups, plates, flatware. The sushi was good although the mango roll we couldn’t taste any mango.

A great experience! The perfect place to visit for a true mom & pop feel. Be prepared for the non traditional dining situation (I saw other reviews complaining about trivial things such as paper and plastic dining utensils and plates.) This does not matter at all, as the food is amazing and the service is the best you’ll find. The owners are the servers and were so kind and truly cared about you having a nice experience. We loved the meal and the drinks. They have hot sake and Saporo, and other options. Many food options as well and many options for vegetarians. The artwork is so cute and the whole family was present it was very nice. It was our first time and will be our new regular spot for nights out
