It was my first time there and I will NEVER return. I have never had worse service at a restaurant in my life I’m extremely disappointed an embarrassed by what happened on Saturday 9/3. After sitting down no one took our order for 15-20 minutes. When our server returned he simple asked “you ready” and had a very unpleasant look on his face. The food came quickly but after that our server was no where to be found. For over an hour we sat there and he never past our table once. Our water was empty since before the food came out, we even wanted to order dessert but our waiter seemed to be hiding or something. After getting frustrated I decided to get up and look for someone to give us our bill, and walked to the front multiple times where it took me 10 minutes to get anyone’s attention. I had to say excuse me 3 or 4 times, and other customers were starting to look at me. At one point we even thought about leaving without paying especially when they were laughing and chatting in the back. After finally getting the bill as we are about to leave we see him greeting another customer smiling kissing their cheek and providing great service to them. However as soon as we walked in we received nothing but unpleasant service.

we had gone yesterday and i was very shocked at the service i had received yesterday. we were to get second to get seated and took the server 20 minutes to come ask my table what we wanted. food came pretty quickly but after the food came the waiter was nowhere to be seen for an entire hour. no check up. no refill on our water (even though the water was finished and sitting at the corner of the table before our food even arrived) did not even see the waiter walk past our table for an hour once our food was finished we were waiting for the waiter to come back so i can ask for the bill and i still did not see him for a whole 40 minutes and we had to get up and look for our waiter and he was still missing. very poor service to us and very shocked considering my family for years has been catering and hosting events at their location.

We’re visiting family from abroad, and I ALWAYS make sure we have afghani. Several great restaurants have closed since the pandemic, and so I was thrilled to find Bamian restaurant. We had a very private nook, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and kind. We’ll look forward to returning – highly recommend!

I went with a group of sisters for an Iftar during Ramadan. The seating was a little crowded due to a private event. The selection of food was very tasty for my first time. The owner was nice enough to bring out a plate of Baklava. He was also nice enough to take our group photos. I will return with family.

The restaurant is generally acceptable. cleanness is good. The staff is not friendly. Good grilled chicken and rice dishes. I didn’t like the grilled meat. Hummus is good. Prices are high. I did not like the way the invoice was written because it did not show the prices for each item. It is written manually . I hope that the staff will be professional and smile in the face of the customer.

We attended a ladies party here last night. This location has the worse customer service that I have ever seen in my life. The staff were horrible. I ask for a glass and he asked me to check my table for a clean one, after confirming there were none; he walked around each table and finally got me one. No clue why he could not just go to the back and get me a clean one. As a guest I felt unwanted through the night. The servers were not friendly, welcoming or understanding. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone who is trying to have a special occasion as they make you feel like you are not wanted. Customers treated like burden throughtout the night. al the guest witnessed and were not impressed. Exactly at 12am they started kicking people out. Horrible.

The food was very good, especially the entrees. The meat was so incredibly tender and flavorful. The portions were nice as well. Their version of a green sauce is vinegar based and more like a chimicurry. Not a problem, it was delicious, but I prefer the green yogurt sauce found at other places. We got a Sambosay appetizer which was good and the bowlawnee which was just okay. The place itself lacks atmosphere and our waiter was not very attentive or particularly friendly never asked us for drink orders. But fine not a big deal. But coupled with that and the table setting that looked messy and our table cloth had stains– it seems to be a place to order pick up and delivery. You will be very happy with the food.

Went there today while dinning in and received a true Afghan hospitable experience. The salmon kabob for fellow pescatarians is a excellent option melts in your mouth. The server was humble and a great host. Look forward to going again.
