Some of the most unique and tasty food I’ve had in the area. Though the lamb is a little dry, its fantastic flavors carry the load. I’ve tried many of the sides and they are all wonderful. So delicious I had to order 2 days in a row. You will be satiated and incredibly happy if you dine here.

A limited menu of very nice food. Not a lot of atmosphere, but nice tables. They use sunflower oil extensively in their food, so be aware of that if you have a seed allergy. I was very pleased with most of the food; I was less enthusiastic about the salad, which was mainly just iceberg lettuce and some tomato, but it was fresh.

Bamyan is such a gem! Food was cooked fresh to order and it was all delicious. The meat was all very tender, rice was fragrant and amazing, and the eggplant dish was a real standout. Highly recommend.

Amazing food and service. Location was great, we were able to take a nice walk along the water path after dinner, It was very close to Winooski circle without having to deal with the crowd and traffic. It has been hard to find something with good flavor in the area that is not “bar food”. Glad we found this place.
