This downtown Paterson banana. King is the worse very poor customer service. You call to make an order they never answer the phone and after calling more then 10 time they answer with attitudes very bad they should cancel all phone orders if they not going to answer the phone ☎️ so bad that you want to order breakfast and you can’t just cause they don’t want to answer the phone and you walk there and they not doing anything

rotten tomatoes in the sandwich. they put ground beef in replace of steak without my consent. also the milkshake tasted expired and like throw up. I usually don’t get a bad order from here but they messed up ALL THREE of my items. Terrible breh

Food was great, customer service was on point, but cleanliness needs to be better at this restaurant. The ceiling was stained from water damage, the floor needed to be swept & moped, and the windows had fingerprints & streaks, and their tables were dirty. They also should not put their music in full blast, some people mind want to be able to hear the cashiers take their orders.
