We went here after a long flight to LAX and were surely not disappointed. One of the best Indian food in the town. We ordered Spinach Dal, vegetarian dum biryani, paneer Tikka masala and roti along with naan and paratha. Everything was fresh and tasted great.

We had trouble finding the place as the board of the old business is still up, and so is the decor. Interestingly, there are two restaurants in this space, they share the kitchen. Restaurant is casual, very casual. The food is traditional from Andra Pradesh, a state in India. I found Medium spice to be super spicy so I would order mild next time. Flavors are well developed, I had some unique items that I had never had before. This is a South Indian place but there is no dosa – I celebrate that! I would stick to getting the South Indian vegetables, dal and bread. Those taste most authentic. Some things like the samosas? Don’t feel original. It was nice to meet the chef. And yes, you can just stop by to pick up Mango Lassi.

Just moved into an old BBQ joint and the signage has not been updated. BUT I stayed to give them a try. Pretty good Paneer Tikka Masala.

we are very happy to see them in South Redondo beach and moved from north Redondo area. Sri always very passionate about food and quality of food much better than any indian food establishment in south bay.

Their butter chicken was watery like juice..i called and they said it’s always made like that, but that’s not true, I go there all the time. I could not get my money back since it was ordered on ubereats, they did offer to remake, but unfortunately the drive was far since they changed locations 30 minutes away from my place to Redondo Beach and the parking is terrible because it’s on a busy road compared to how easily you could park when they had parking on Artesia Blvd…they should have just kept it the same. Idk ‍♂️ who’s cooking , but that’s not how butter chicken is made, it should be thicker not watery and they barely put chicken in the container. Please consider double checking your food if you decide to order in (August 2023)

Update from my initial review. My wife placed an online order, I went to pick it up. The cashier initially told me 10 min. After about 10 minutes she told me my order was cancelled; I asked why and her response was “The cook isn’t feeling well. It happens”. I get if people feel sick but I really don’t appreciate the attitude of “It happens”. If you expect my sympathy at least start with apologizing for the inconvenience.

Amazing dining experience. First of all, food arrived quickly. It was authentic (so says my South Indian partner) and delicious (we both agree). The chefs were great and extremely friendly as was the manager. Excellent customer service. I usually find that the quality of a restaurant is inversely correlated with the number of items on the menu — not this one. We enjoyed everything we tasted. We’ve already gone back. I believe this is a newer restaurant, so I expect it’ll become quite popular as more people experience it themselves.

This place has some great reviews, but I was rather underwhelmed. The service was great – very friendly staff! However, I’d had much better Indian food in LA. The naan didn’t seem fresh nor authentic unfortunately, and the dishes are overpriced. I think the place is undergoing renovations, so hopefully everything improves with time.
