All the sides to our meal were hot, but the actual BBQ meat was cold so I let the waitress know and she brought out another plate of meat…. But even the second plate was cold, so I talked with the manager and he went back to the kitchen to see what the problem was, and brought out a 3rd HOT plate of BBQ meat…. and then told me he was taking it OFF the bill!!!!!

Just finished a sit down meal at the Wentzville mo. location. Very disappointed! The service was terrible. They had two tables in the entire place with customers at them, and ours was one of them. We will not be returning ever. I don’t understand it. Cant believe they are still in business. Our waitress was not friendly at all. I guess she was having more fun getting paid to sit on a counter in the kitchen and talk with other employees, than to do her job! Tips are earned not given! Not Impressed!

Took my Mom and wife out for mother’s day. Mom wanted bandana’s. So we came to the wentzville location. They told Mom they were out of burnt ends. At 4:53. So she got the pick 2 ribs and pork. I got pick 3 All rib’s and my wife got pick 3 ribs sausage and pork. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in everything. All of our rib’s were raw by the bone. I’ve never had y’all’s ribs that didn’t fall off the bone. But this was unacceptable. Our service was poor. Our waitress was horrible. Never seen a manager. Got tired of waiting and left. Didn’t realize the ribs were half raw till we got home and attempted to eat leftovers the next day. All 3 of us had horrible stomach cramping and diarrhea.
