I stopped by here this morning on my way to have my car serviced at Volkswagen nearby. The sign in the window for Breakfast Burritos is what hooked me. The people at the counter were friendly and gave me a chance to look over the menu because it was my first time. I ordered the smaller burrito with sausage. It comes with eggs, potatoes, a green chili sauce, and cheese. Very affordable as others mentioned – $5.50 – I believe. I ate it next door after checking my car in. It was the perfect size and very tasty.

The group of 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. Great selection of food options from tortilla type, rice, meats, and salsas. Also, I love that they have options like olives, diced tomatoes, and different peppers. Appears to be a wonderfully run small local business. I wish i could take them home to WI so I can eat there all the time. Iowa is lucky to have them as an option outside of Qdoba and Chipotle.

HATE what they’ve done to this place. they have “BOWL” on their menu but they lie. if u dine in its NOT A BOWL it’s a paper plate. I asked for Togo container because it’s the closest thing to bowl they have. the girl looks right at me and says NO we have the plate for dine in orders. I’m like…WHAT? it’s right there. like what do they care

The burrito was good. We were confused on a 10″ or a 12″ burrito. We thought the finished burrito was 10 or 12″ like back home in New Mexico. It was actually the size of the tortilla. They have a green chile sauce which is probably very good (green bell pepper), however we are used to green chile sauce which has Hatch (NM) hot green chile peppers, so we decided to forgo the sauce. As we went down the line, the potatoes were diced, very nice. The eggs were seasoned well. As you moved down the line, there were just about any ingredients you would like in a burrito.

Took the kids here to eat for the first time. Food was great but the 2 employees seemed a bit short-tempered. Maybe they found it frustrating to wait on 4 indecisive kids who had never been here before. I think our bill was around $72 for all 6 of us
