I thought this was the ONLY reliable place to get consistent good in Fort Washington. Unfortunately they fell short and I will no longer purchase food from them any longer. They food was always good up until the point I found hair fried into fish I ordered. Very bad taste in my mouth now. I gave 2 stars because the food was good but I can’t do unsanitary in any form. Just sharing hoping they will provide extra care with future customers and so that the public can be careful when they order.

If you’re in the area, and you have a strong desire for Thai food, this is an option. Not great, but not bad either. I’ve been there twice so far, and I would eat here again; in fact, I plan to go back to try a few other things. The spring rolls are very good, and there’s always a generous portion of protein (chicken, shrimp, etc.) in the entree. And you don’t need a microscope to find the shrimp!

It’s a pleasant surprise to find in a strip mall. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is nicely decorated. The wait staff was very attentive and the food came fast. None of the four dishes we ordered were a disappointment. Everyone at our table enjoyed a delicious meal. I would definitely go again. They do serve alcohol but they do not mix drinks.

The smoky flavor in the meat was outstanding. We ordered Pad Thai, Bangkok Fried Rice, Satay Chicken, and the Panang Curry. All of the dishes were good, we are definitely planning to come back. The service was good. Lots of delivery orders. Everyone was wearing a mask, so they seem to follow COVID regulations.

Bangkok Golden has been here before I arrived in the area 17 yrs ago. The Chicken Fried Rice and Tom Yum Gai soup are delicious!!! They are also quick and you have no problem getting in & out in under 1 hr. for lunch.
