4th star is for the price which is a little lower than other places in Eden. Anyway, the bo bun hue here is very tomato based with a lot of pork knuckles* and the pho is more cinnamony. Every table had bahn cuon and it’s in their name so this is their obvious signature dish. It’s located inside one of the side malls and all locals for diners.

Pretty good food. It’s not the best banh cuon I’ve had but I enjoyed it. The service is quick and friendly and the prices are good.

Best place to get banh cuon in Eden, I’d go with #1 if you haven’t had it before. Also a good place to get Bun Tom (lightly sour tomato based noodle soup).

This is our go-to Banh Cuon place, and it should be yours. They also have great Banh Xeo and Pho. They are always prompt with service and plentiful with the fish sauce. Highly recommended.

This was some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had outside of Vietnam. After living the last 5 years in Moscow, Russia where there is some seriously good Vietnamese food, I came back home and Vietnamese food in the US is just not authentic for the most part. The banh cuon here was the best I’ve had apart from the streets of Hanoi. Will definitely be a place I frequent.
