I did not enjoy anything I ordered. My tofu bahn mi was greasy and flavorless. Just blocks of plain unseasoned breaded and deep fried tofu. The *pickled vegetables just tasted salty, no sweetness or vinegar flavor. My shrimp spring rolls were the same, no flavor. Bahn mi is about as ubiquitous as a poboy in Nola, and this did not measure up at all. There are better and cheaper options.

Our bus tour guide Tyler recommended trying the Poboys. We ordered the fried shrimp and the fried oyster Poboys. They were delicious! I couldn’t even bite into it without some of the shrimp or oysters falling out. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Pork Belly and Bang Bang Shrimp Banh Mi’s were just kind of ok. There was nothing amazing about them. Flavors were fine, definitely enough food. I had heard such good things about this place though, maybe my expectations were just too high. The pork belly was not what I’m used to, and the shrimp had no heat (spice) at all according to my husband. Could have been an off day? Service was very basic, the girl behind the counter was just there for orders, kitchen brought food out and went back. I had higher hopes.

I have exquisite food every time I dine at this cool spot. The service can be hit or miss but its worth it for the food alone. Every banh mi sandwich I’ve tried has been flavorful, complex, and delectable. And the oysters rockefeller fries are a meal unto themselves! Highly recommended.

Great stop for lunch. K town fries are phenomenal as well as the shrimp Po boy.

Been wanting to have Vietnamese food in Nola for awhile and this place did not disappoint. The banh mi was loaded with meat and veggies and the bread was the perfect vessel, soft and chewy with a nice crust. Also love all the cilantro. They have different kinds besides the normal, like shrimp or portobello. The summer rolls were super fresh. The Vietnamese ice coffee was strong and sweet. They also have po’boys in some unique flavors. Definitely will be back to try more.

Big, soggy mess of a sandwich. Bread was soaked with sauce, not crispy, bag that it was in was filled with drippings. Terrible overall.

I stopped by with my brother for lunch we order a shrimp po-boy, grilled Vietnamese noodles, with some cheese fries, honestly all the food was delicious very very good, the place inside could be more cozy but the food is so good that compensated. Service also was superb I highly recommend the place

Easy to find location with visible signage. I ordered the tofu banh mi and Vietnamese iced coffee. The coffee was a large portion but undrinkable. There was way too much condensed milk and almost no delectable coffee. My order came out wrong and the counter girl heard bang bang (which is the shrimp banh mi). They quickly corrected the order, however, I would say the tofu banh mi wasn’t very good either. Given that banh mi’s in California are usually under $5, I was pretty disappointed that I spent over $20 for these items. The food came out timely so I guess it works in a pinch. Next time, I’ll be going to a mom & pop owned banh mi joint.

YUM!! Really enjoyed the pork combo and bulgogi bahn mi. Also the spring rolls were huge and sooo good. As good as the best bahn mi we had in Vietnam..and we tried a lot. Will definitely be back!
