Wow!! I was super impressed with the pork banh mi I ordered. It was definitely filling, the spices were on point, and the vegetables were fresh. The greatest part of the meal was the authenticity. I used to eat a ton of these when I was in Vietnam. Also customer service was awesome. I will definitely stop through again if I’m in town!

Ordered the pork sandwich and it was gigantic. The size of two normal sandwiches. Not totally authentic, but still good. The ingredients are fresh, and the meat flavorful. If you order to go, just know that the sandwich might get soggy by the time you get home. Just crisp it back up in the toaster oven.

Maybe the best bahn mi I’ve ever had. A generous portion, good to share if you’re not super hungry. The ingredients were fresh, plentiful, and delicious. My husband and I will be back next time we’re in town.

So friggen amazing!! The flavor was outstanding, the bread perfect, the portion huge but I couldn’t stop myself from eating every last bite!! Vegan tofu banh mi= mouth heaven. Beehive station, go now! So. Freaking. Delicious!!!

VERY good but definitely different! I had the beef bahn mi. The menu looks different than what I had seen via pictures online before it looks like they upgraded but left out many of the old options off the new menu? I would go back.

Absolutely delicious! The beef was so tender and not fatty at all. The owner was extremely friendly and personable. Plus, she loves Anthony Bourdain. If you’re unsure, I highly encourage you to try this cart!

I had the veggie bahn mi sandwich with crispy tofu and it was delicious. Often the non-meat option at restaurants, if they have one, is clearly an after thought. Here, the subtle distinct flavors, freshness, and quality were there. I’ll be a regular and can’t wait to try some of their other food. Well done!

I just discovered this place after a quick search in the Salem area to find something different and I am not disappointed! The staff are super friendly, willing to talk with you about the food and make suggestions to fit your tastes and what you’re desiring. They even let you taste stuff they’re working on! Admittedly they’re not currently in the best area of Salem, but I will definitely be returning to give them more business! Fast, fun, and definitely affordable and an amazing Banh Mi sandwich. You guys are awesome!

I have had lots of Banh Mi over the years and this has been the best for me. Everything has vibrant flavors and is cooked very well. The chicken banh mi is my favorite followed very closely by the beef.
