This was my second time dining here. Both times the food was great. Service however left something to be desired. First time it got very busy, so I was willing to give a second try. This time was not busy with 3 servers and my husband had to take his glass to the drink machine for his only refill; after waiting 10 minutes watching our server refill coffee at the table next to ours.

Food here is great. Haven’t had something I don’t like yet. Staff is friendly but seem to get distracted easily and can result in you waiting longer than needed. Atmosphere is friendly and light but kind of plain inside. Prices can’t really be beat. All in all I would recommend giving it a try.

We walked in and waited while the servers rushed around. A gentleman at the counter pointed toward us to show the waitress we were waiting for someone to either seat us or let us know we should seat ourselves. She looked toward the door but not at us. Finally, another server indicated we should seat ourselves.

Waitress takes drink order. Then another waitress takes your food order and another brings your meal. Too many steps. Same waitress should handle you from start to finish.

The service in pitiful. The 1 young lady brought us menus and drinks and told us that a server would be with us shortly. I personally watched the server walk pass our table at least 10 times cleaning other tables and counter top and never said a word to us until the first young lady said something to her. When she finally came to our table, she acted as though she didn’t want to serve us. I’ve been here many times and never had any problems until now. The server wore a baseball cap from Alabama crimson tide(mentioned just for identifying purposes). If it wasn’t for the fact that I know this place, I wouldn’t come back.
