I don’t even know where to begin!!! The food is a solid 10/10- and if I’m being completely honest, this has got to be some of the best, authentic Mexican food I have ever eaten. My new favorite spot for real. The portion sizes are also extremely generous. Not to mention that the restaurant itself is so beautifully decorated- the walls, the booths, the chairs. And the staff was extremely kind and patient. You are really missing out if you don’t try it!

We went here to have a late lunch with my sisters and girlfriend. The sopes were amazing, the shell was crispy but soft on the inside. The cecina on the tacos was delicious, especially with the in-house salsa verde sauce that came with our food. Michelle, our waitress was super nice! Thank you! 🙂

Doña Cheli’s offers authentic plates and tasty Mexican food! Super refreshing agua frescas that are a must try. Our waitress, Kimberly, was attentive, kind, and very friendly! I know you will love this place just as much as my family does.

How did I not know about this place before is my true problem…the food is great location is adorable…not big but nice and intimate…it’s a lil piece of Mexico right here in yonkers…love the staff very friendly and welcoming, place is clean and organized. First off.. the restaurant is the most authentically decorated I’ve seen.. the chairs, walls, booths all tell a very rich story with adorable art! The food was absolutely delicious with just enough spice to make your mouth water.. the rice and beans were my favorite part! The staff was beyond kind and patient into explaining the dishes and getting us hot, fresh delicious food! Thank you Jenn for such an incredible and authentic Mexican cuisine experience! Will definitely be back for some more tacos and bistec! 5/5 ⭐️
