Great waitress, terrible food and an even worse “manager”. My chicken was burnt and hard as a hockey puck, my daughters fries were dripping with grease. I asked to be comped for the chicken and fries since they were not good and we didn’t eat them. 10% off ($4) and a confrontational manager who said if I didn’t like it I could talk to the kitchen manager. Very rude and confrontational! Simply looking at the menu and realizing the value of the chicken is $6 and the fries $3. Pretty terrible way to treat a customer over $5. Times must be hard. Avoid this place at all costs!

Probably one of the worst places I’ve been at. Management is so unorganized and disrespectful I’m amazed to see the business still open. Managers and owners sitting at the bar daily on the job drinking. They’re disrespectful to their staff in front of guest. The food that they claim to be fresh is all frozen. Big yikes.

I used to work here and this is the most unprofessional business ever with the worst managers and owners and their terrible attitudes. Manager Leila and owners Wendy and her hunsband drinking on the clock, the manager Leila dating her employee’s, favortism at it finest with the manager. The “soup of the day” should be consider soup of a couple days. Everything they say is fresh comes from the freezer. One time a table was so displeased that they walked out and the OWNER called the cops on me ( a server ) and was screaming in my face in front of a dining room full of guest. Like I said the manager Leila had her favorites and she disliked me a lot, she conspired with her assistant manager to get me fired. Told assiant manager to have me try a “juice” then after words told me it was sangria. The next day manager pulls me down and says “you’ve been drinking on the job so I’m going to have to let you go.” It’s funny though because they would host Halloween and Christmas parties and give all the underagers alcohol. Such a disgusting establishment.

Overly loud environment, with extremely slow service. I give grace to crowded places on service, but it was not remotely crowded. The atmosphere reverberates all sounds, so our whispering server was inaudible, which we had to say repeatedly. My cocktail was delivered 15 minutes after being ordered… For unknown reasons. The Caesar salad was good, too large lettuce with ribs, overly sugared dressing. The quesadilla was very good, the salsa fresca was excellent. Chocolate Overload cake was clearly from the freezer but delicious.

We had the BLT with Chicken Soup, BBQ Wrap, Rosemary Chicken, and Brandy Old Fashions. Everything was delicious and the drinks were spot on. The staff was friendly. The owner or general manager went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Glad we found this place!

Wife and I went for lunch, great service, ice cold 22 oz beer’s (recommended spotted cow ) great food, 1 less star for the quantity of french fries and they used to have a Italian sandwich that wasn’t on the menu. We’ll be back!

My daughter ordered a veggie burger from the menu and was charged $5.49 extra for a black bean burger for a total of $20.88. That is outrageous. I will be calling this place.

Went for Mother’s day buffet. Food was cold, waited a half hour for the meat to be available. Very unorganized. Decided to give a try again after a bad experience a while back. I learned my lesson and not going back.
