We come to Pahoa regularly to visit friends and are so excited to make this our new go-to for lunch. We love falafel and this is the best we’ve had in a long time! My husband also got the vegan shawarma and really loved it. Definitely appreciate the reasonable prices and great service, too!

Really enjoyed this place. Had a custom falafel waffle bowl and it was absolutely delicious. Loved the vegan lemon dill aioli. We got the meal deal which included fries and a really nice strawberry lemonade- you could tell it was made fresh with actual strawberry puree. Restaurant was nice and clean, the staff were really friendly and they had fun board games on each table which my Son and I loved. Oh and the dairy free milk shakes are awesome too. Would highly recommend!!

One of the best vegan places you can eat on the entire big island. Have been there over 20 times give or take and they are always on point. A great healthy food option if you are in the Pahoa area.

I’ve never much cared for falafel but I decided to give it another try. Banzos’ falafel is very delicious! I enjoyed their mango chili sauce very much, and my sweet potatoe fries with white sauce were tasty as well. Great Greek-Hawaiian fusion restaurant. This is not a fast food establishment even though they prepare the food in a very timely manner. Definitely a fine dining experience I would be happy to share with close friends or family.
