Have been to Bao’s twice and thought my food was great and priced very reasonably. Authentic Ramen with quail egg, slow cooked pork belly, wheat noodles and seaweed was really good. I’ve also ordered the Pad Thai lunch special with a stuffed wing and thought the quality and quantity of food I ordered was generous for the $7.50 I paid. Cool dining room, polite staff. Disappointed other diners gave Bao’s poor reviews and encourage any enthusiast of South-Eastern Asian cuisine to check it out. Have been to many other Thai/Hmong grub spots in the Fox Valley and enjoyed Bao’s as much as others.

Nice and quiet, Noodle dish I had was fresh hot and very tasty. The stuffed wings are huge, crispy and delicious. Great place for date night or lunch.

My husband and I really enjoy the food here. Love the stuffed chicken wings and the creamy kapoon! Ramen noodles are good and hits the spot although it isn’t as rich as authentic ramen.
