Stopped by for lunch and got the 12 dumpling combo can choose from vegetarian, chicken, or pork either steamed or pan fried. I got the pan fried chicken amd pork both were very good and the sauce that comes with it adds lots of flavor. Fast and friendly service, so I plan to go again!

Boaz has been a downtown lunch favorite of mine for almost 10 years. Their dumplings (pan fried or steamed) are delicious. They also have a large variety of boba selections. I usually order the 18 piece dumpling combo (comes with 2 sides). The spicy sauce is quite good. I usually eat this in 2 meals.

A pretty good dumpling place downtown. They had a nice variety of food and nice service. They seem pretty low staffed so things seemed fairly stressed but the food came out quick and was very delicious! It is in the food court area of the building, so you have to go down the escalators to find it. They do also have seating around the area, but it can be a little tricky to find.

Food is really good, 5 stars. I especially like their pan fried chicken dumplings. But, they only get 3 stars… 1 for each hour they’re open. Not everyone has the standard 12:00 lunch hour. Also, the old Asian lady that works there is rude as hell.

Best food I’ve had in the tunnels. Don’t worry about the line, it will move fast. Get the chicken or pork dumplings pan fried, you will not be disappointed! Try the spicy dumpling sauce it’s the best!! There is a loyalty program if you dine here often! Also the bubble tea next door is ordered in the same line and is convenient and delicious! If you go here you will definitely enjoy your lunch! The egg drop soup is also quite good.

I go to Baoz all the time since it’s right beneath my building in the Downtown tunnels. It recently expanded and only got better! I typically go for the steamed dumplings, and will mix it up between chicken, pork and veggie – all super tasty, so you really can’t go wrong. I think what makes the dumplings even more enjoyable is the dipping sauce. It’s the perfect blend of spicy, sweet and savory. Don’t be alarmed if you catch me drinking what’s left. I am also a big fan of their hot and sour soup, and even had a Chinese friend tell me it’s the most authentic recipe he has tasted in a fast food type setting.

I used to work downtown which made my dumpling cravings easier to satisfy more frequently. Unfortunately I work far from there and only go as a special treat on random weekdays off because it is soooo worth it! By far the best vegetable dumplings in the city. There is always a long line during the lunch time rush but these guys have got a system down! you are in and out of there in not time. Def worth the wait.

I love this place for their boba tea. However, today I went and also bought dumplings and a wonton soup. The dumplings were good and so was the spicy sauce that was included. But the soup tastes really bad. I though it was just the broth that wasn’t to my taste, so I tried to eat the wontons by itself and they were extremely mushy and tasted really bad as well. They were falling apart and really soggy. After I tried them I really just think the soup had gone bad or was old. I’m just sticking to the boba tea.
