When you order a pound here, you get a pound here. When you order a slab here, you get a slab here. No BS like chain BBQ joints that pass off skimpy weights and measures. Ribs, chicken and brisket all done perfectly with that hint of smoke. Best greens I’ve had in a long time and the mac and cheese is how it should be. Service takes a minute, but you got a minute. Make sure you tip the maestro running the counter and he’ll show you some love.
