One of our best meals in Bellingham. It was like we were walking into a small cafe in Italy. The food was amazing. You get to see Chef Casey cooking up a Strom in the open kitchen. The chef is very accommodating to your dietry needs.Everyone one was so kind and wonderful. Definitely a keeper for us to keep visiting. We will definitely be back.

Best meal we’ve had in Bham, and we’ve had some great meals. Gnochetti pasta (homemade) with sundried toms was last-meal worthy. “I don’t want to keep eating, cuz then it will be gone,” she said. Also loved the eggplant panini and the bruschetta. Even the simple house salad was more than the sum of its simple parts. Our server knew a lot, and he was personable and peaceful. We got to talking Italy, and he said he was drawn to working at Bar Cicotti because it’s modeled after the small places in Italy where you can pop in for a glass of wine, espresso, and a delicious bite from a simple menu. He also told a story about one of the wines, a varietal that Italians had thought extinct until they recently discovered it in some guy’s back yard and revived it.

Amazing food with really kind wait staff. We had the small Italian bites Saturday special and it was delicious. The tagliatelle was amazing too, and you can’t pass up their desserts.

Why did we wait so long to try this place?? Just went with our two kids for a simple afternoon snack of hot chocolate and some focaccia. Staff was super nice, including to our boisterous four year-old. Hot chocolate was beautiful and delicious and the focaccia was fought over to the last crumb. Will definitely be back — hopefully next time with the hubs for a more relaxed time with wine. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed a late lunch here. The restaurant is located in the same building as the Lightcatcher Gallery of the Whatcom County Museum. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. My partner had a delicious Italian sandwich, I had a green salad with a yummy gnochetti pasta with sun dried tomato and fresh basil. We split a lemon olive oil cake. Everything was delicious. We’ll be back.

Cozy, classy. Went in on a rainy day, felt like a scene from a movie.

We got two mochas two margarita pizzettas and two egg sandwiches one with pancetta one without. Everything was amazing and service was immaculate. We would have been more than satisfied with just the pizzetta or the sandwiches alone but needed to try some stuff.
