Very very well put together and tasty smash bacon burger. Crispy bacon, just the right amount of lettuce and onions so it wasn’t overwhelming to eat. The special sauce seemed mayo based and was super good and a good amount to not need any other condiment (I’m normally a ketchup “dipper”). Parm fries were loaded with Parm and very excellent. I’d definitely eat here again.

Had issues accepting priority pass – make sure you have them actually swipe your pass card beforehand. High probability that they will claim to accept the pass but force you to pay out of pocket when technical issues happen and you’re trying to catch your flight. Your card company or priority pass will not reimburse you once you have left. Food was okay but way too expensive without the pass.

I was transparent before ordering about my timeline – and I was assured I’d be given the option for payment much earlier but they kept delaying me & had technical issues for more than 10 minutes

Super legit place. Doug was very helpful in getting us accommodated and served. The food is surprisingly tasty for being “airport” food. It’s super good. Definitely try them out if your flight is close by. Chef is super talented.

This has been our restaurant of choice at CLE for years. We would get to the airport a little early to eat at there. We won’t be going back. We didn’t mind the long wait to order, we understand that many places are having staffing issues. Turkey Melts were cold. Couldn’t get our check. Apparently other people had priority because of a phone app. We always do carry-ons: backpacks and small cases. Lots of empty tables, but we were put at a table with no place to put our luggage. Then the person who seated us complained that our luggage was blocking her from getting past us. She was right, but there was no other place to put them.
