People were nice. I got a rib plate. The meat was tender but didn’t have a lot of flavor. The sauce taste very sweet, some people might like a sweet sauce but this was like super sugar sweet. Baked beans where also very sweet with no flavor of there own except sugar. I remember the old BiG E and this is definitely far from it. Save your money and go the B2Q

Great food!! You apply the majority of the sauce yourself, so you don’t get too much on it. I had the poppers which are awesome!! And I had the small BBQ sandwich, the poppers and a drink. My husband had the big bbq, and fries. The price for the two of us was right at $25. Not bad for a good meal. I highly recommend Big E’s BBQ!!

I had a flat tire while going through Kennet, MO. The tire shop was right next to Big E’s so I walked over to grab a bite, and I am so glad I did. The cook and waitress were very nice and glad to cook for me

Food was good and the cook was nice but the lady at the front taking orders was on the edge of being rude and acted like she could careless about anything other than hurrying us along with our order even though we were the only customers in there. When we questioned a couple things on the menu she responded like we were stupid for asking. Not sure we will go back.

Excellent BBQ! Told them I had 8 mouths to feed tonight and they sent us home with plenty and then some for a very reasonable price. Friendly people and local as well. My family has been coming here for a while and love it. They make the 30 minute drive because it’s well worth it!! Go get you some 🙂

After living in K.C.big E came back to hometown and opened BBQ shop. Sauce is a unique fusion of the sweeter K.C. type and the more marinade type popular in area when Big E was going up. Ribs are a rub and of course fall off the bone, The hamburgers are very good. Staff is happy to see you and make you want to return. A place that is a must visit if in area.
