Not the best BBQ around. Brisket was tender but no flavor. Sausage was bland too. BBQ sauce was watered down. Potato salad was more like potato icecream. No flavor. They need to season their food more. The place was clean so they have that going.

Place was big and alot of room and pretty. Only down is the BBQ sandwich the bun was cold and hard. Beside that was great and employees was sweet and nice. Also had a young lady helping out and cleaning table very polite she was cute little girl

This store restored the front of the restaurant and the family that works there smokes the BBQ all night long. Not only that they usually offer fresh fixings that they either make or bring in from the family farm.

Don’t know why they have ANY bad reviews. We took a crew of 8 from NC to Cuero for business and eat here for lunch one day, we ate there everyday after. Intoxicating smell of brisket as soon as you walk in. Butcher on site to customize your BBQ, brisket, sausage, ribs, ANYTHING! Very nice people, great food, great atmosphere, and reasonable pricing. I currently looking into getting the brisket shipped home to NC. But we all know the only real BBQ is made in eastern NC 🙂

Clean. Plenty of seating. Close at 4pm. Student special chopped bbq sandwich, chips, drink $6.50. The food was good. Just not the greatest. Expect to pay about $10 a person.

I was happy when i saw the reviews to this place. But when i went the they were out of sausage and potatoes and the brisket was tuff. And they were severing premade store bought tea. Disgrace to Texas bbq. overall i was quite disappointed.

They charge you for everytyhing even for plates. The brisket was disgusting and the ribs were too salty. I do not recomend this dump
