I saw this BBQ spot a while back but just never tried it before. So this particular Saturday I decided to stop by & give them a try. I got the rib snack & the pulled pork sandwich for my wife with 2 red pops. The pulled pork was spot on with the flavor & taste & it’s more than enough.The ribs were pretty good they had a lil spicy kick to them. I was sold on the sweet & spicy BBQ sauce. I like the fact they had 3 types of sauces to choose from. The prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this BBQ location & I will be back to try something new on the menu next time

Experienced the food truck at the park on July 3. The line was a block long but the smell was so amazing I didn’t care. I was rewarded with the perfectly smoked rib with a lovely savory, slightly spicy(I’m a wimp with spice) rub and the perfectly paired mild bbq sauce that despite being mild had enough of a kick to be the perfect pair. I was delighted with the portion sizes on the snack and the plate. The potato salad with mayo base was perfectly seasoned like grandmas! It was worth the wait. Will visit again when I’m in Jackson.
