Can’t say enough good things about the staff and the food. Every time I’ve been in the past the staff is super nice and the good always taste good. However…that place is nasty. Everything in the store is gross. I walked into the store this last time and had to leave because it smelled like a dump. Idk why it smells so bad but they gotta fix it. I figure chipotle and Moe’s serve the same kind of food and they don’t smell bad so I can’t trust barberitos until they get it cleaned up some.

Went in and waited a solid 5 minutes for anyone to even come to the front to take my order. This is my second time having food from a barberitos, and I thought the first time was a fluke but the food is SO BLAND. Literally no flavor, no spices, it just doesn’t taste good. Now that I’ve tried two different locations, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Barberitos seem to fail me every time I come. The service is never a problem when I come, but the food is the problem. To me, the choice of protein is never hot as in temperature. It’s either warm or cold and lacks flavor (seasons).

I’ll just start by saying the place is filthy, and not because they’re busy. Ever since the new management the quality has gone way downhill; don’t believe me? There are three customers there during the “lunch rush”. The protein is dry, I don’t know if I should hope it’s over cooked or just old. There’s maybe one person who still has a good attitude about working there which to me says a lot about the new management. To whoever’s in charge, when the store opened you had a great product and a great store; Mike, Porter, and Jake were some of the finest burrito makers I’ve ever seen and always had a smiling face, made us laugh, made amazing suggestions, and had a great relationship with their team. I miss the old Barbs.
