Im shocked to see the reviews so bad since my experience was great. The chips are insanely tasty (but pretty salty). My burrito was also awesome, heavy on the proteins and light on the greens the way i like it. Employees were nice and quick with my order.

See health score. It’s in decline. Filthy floors, nasty drink scum drink dispensers, roof or ceiling tile leaks, hvac dust returns. Shut this place down for a deep clean. Go look for yourself. Very concerning if you want to eat clean food. I’m glad I can’t see the kitchen.

The chicken is nasty. It is crockpot shredded chicken. It is not chargrilled like the menu says. Way over priced for shredded chicken. I have been to other locations that had the chargrilled chicken and it was much better.

Went today to get some food and only had about 30 minutes to eat. This kid working the line scooped out rice with HIS HANDS. used a scoop for chicken, scooped pico, cheese, and jalepeno with his HANDS. Granted he had a glove on but still…. absolutely disgusting.

The chicken in my quesadilla was soggy, and there wasn’t enough cheese. This caused it to fall apart. Also, it was remarkably BLAND. I loved the service, but the food just wasn’t good. I WON’T be ordering anything with chicken from this place EVER AGAIN. Next time you have an experience like this, just think of it as a generous tip instead of a waste of money (but it is though).

I’m very disappointed in the last few experiences eating at the Jefferson location. The steak is very overcooked and difficult to even chew. They put regular chicken instead of spicy chicken on one burrito. And also forgot to put the cheese dip in the to go bag tonight when I came in. I’ve always loved Barberitos, I hope this location can get it together.

I eat Barberitos with some frequency, and this is by far the most disappointing of all their locations. Both our mobile orders to this location were missing several items, and the salsa tasted like it’d gone bad. I had to go looking for the chicken in my burrito bowl. I guess I’m lucky it had any chicken, because the bowl was missing nearly all my add-ons. It’s remarkable to me that you can forget to add cheese to a burrito bowl but remember the mushrooms.

Tried to give this place another try and absolutely no, never again. Why does the chicken look, taste and smell like canned chicken?! It was so mushy and nasty. Guacamole was brown and nothing had flavor. Very disappointed and will not be back.

got a pickup order & they just started when I came through the door, one of the workers offered me a large drink while I waited & gave me a large cheese dip (I ordered a medium) and a cookie (I didn’t order it) in addition to my order. They were so sweet & my food came out fast !@
