My husband went to pick up our online order on 7/29 at 535pm. 2 black girls were standing at the cashier desk having a conversation. My husband was not greeted or acknowledged for a minute or two like other reviews have said. He was also standing at the cashier desk since it was a pick up order. One girl turned and said “can I HELP you” he then stated he was picking up an order, she handed him the order and turned to walk off. He got a few steps away from the counter when one girl turned to the other girl and said “he looks racist.” My husband just kept walking so he wouldn’t cause a scene and emailed corporate about the incident once he got home. But beware! If you are a white, white collar guy that has been working all day, don’t pick up food for your family here! We will never be back. This used to be a great place, but the reviews over the last few months don’t surprise me at all after what happened Tonight.

Horrible experience. No greeting. No welcoming. The entire staff looked annoyed and very unfriendly. Made eye contact with each employee and not 1 said hello. Comical. Typical. Spicy chicken was burnt. Literally. Tasted like I was eating charcoal. Salsa not fresh. Was near open trash. Everyone literally standing around looking dumbfounded. Black and Hispanic teenagers with no sense of customer service. Save your money and walk down to Jersey Mike’s. Those young white teenagers have great customer service. And have a sense of home training. They take pride in their job and their customers. Meanwhile your employees were more worried about topping off their free beverages

If you are no longer going to let senior citizens purchase a child’s meal, then at least offer a senior discount. Seniors do not eat huge meals. Try to understand this fact and that we are on limited budgets.

Food wasn’t as warm as I imagined it should be. Great customer service here though probably due to the fact that every employee I interacted with had either just obtained a driver’s permit or within 90 days of one! So everyone was as chipper and polite. Great place if you’re into positive vibes.
